Bobby, co-founder of IAM Ministries, served on staff as Assistant Pastor at First Bible Baptist Church from September, 2012 until January, 2025 when he went back to full-time missionary work with IAM Ministries. The Bonners served as missionaries in the country of Zambia, Africa for several years before coming back to the States. They were instrumental in helping start over 100 churches in Zambia, as well as the North Star Bible Institute of Zambia.  Bobby, and his wife, Becky, have four daughters, and several grandchildren.
