LIFT Begins March 14th!
Get ready to sweat!
Every age and fitness level is welcome and encouraged to join us at LIFT. All you need are dumbbells (hand weights), small towel, water bottle and a smile. We will have 50 minutes to focus on strength and cardio followed by a short rest break and will end with a devotion and/or testimony. This weekly class starts on Thursday, March 14th (from 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm). We will need to know if you are planning on attending. Please sign up in the Fellowship Hall.
